Madhura holds a BALLB (H) from Chanakya National Law University and a LL.M. in Human Rights Law from University College London.

Prior to this, She was a fellow at Centre for Social Justice, where she provided legal support to community lawyers representing people from marginalised communities, conducted capacity-building programmes for paralegal volunteers, and facilitated interventions to address systemic issues at a grassroots level. As an intern, she interned with J. Sagar Associates, Adv. Anuradha Pardesi, National Legal Services Authority Delhi, Human Rights Law Network Mumbai, National Human Rights Commission and Majlis Legal Centre.

At MAP Madhura has joined as a CFC Fellow and will assist in the Gender: Equality and Empowerment Project.
